Billboard Music Awards 2016: De winnaars

Vannacht werden de jaarlijkse Billboard Music Awards uitgereikt in Las Vegas; één van de belangrijkste muziekprijzen in Amerika. Dat betekende dan ook een avond vol spectaculaire optredens, een gastenlijst met de grootste namen uit Hollywood en een rode loper bezaaid met opvallende looks. Maar wie gingen er met de felbegeerde awards naar huis?

Grote winnaars

De grote winnaar van de avond was The Weeknd. Hij kreeg 19 nominaties in 16 categorieën en ging naar huis met maar liefst acht awards. Adele bleef niet ver achter, met vijf awards. Verder waren ook Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Taylor Swift, Rihanna en Justin Bieber gelukkigen die een award kregen.
